We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and tags.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us for instructions.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, and products that have been opened or used.
